Pre-launch payment position
No hidden checkout and no invented refund promise.
A demo request or contact form is not a purchase. Leadstrium will describe pricing, billing timing, cancellation, and refund eligibility in writing before accepting a commercial order.
Written order controls
When commercial service begins, the signed order, invoice, or service agreement will identify the product, term, fees, cancellation rights, and any refund conditions.
Billing errors
Report a suspected duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or payment applied to the wrong account promptly so it can be investigated.
Service concerns
Contact Leadstrium early when delivery does not match the written agreement. The team will review the record and explain the available remedy.
