Effective July 18, 2026

Responsible AI starts with clear boundaries.

The public Ask Lexora guide explains the product from an official knowledge registry. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, safeguarding, academic, or institutional decision-making.

Public AI use

Grounded product help without unchecked authority.

Lexora AI experiences are designed around approved sources, release awareness, permissions, human review, safety, and auditability.

A

Official product context

Ask Lexora uses the canonical product knowledge and capability registry. It should distinguish what is available from what is being built or planned.

B

Do not submit sensitive data

Do not place passwords, private learner records, health information, payment details, confidential assessments, or protected institutional information into the public guide.

C

Human confirmation

Confirm important decisions with an authorized person and the applicable official record. AI output may be incomplete or misunderstood and should not act as final authority.

D

Interaction records

Questions, answers, matched knowledge references, confidence, and technical metadata may be recorded to improve accuracy, investigate misuse, and maintain an audit trail.

E

Prohibited use

Do not use the public guide to harm, deceive, impersonate, bypass security, violate privacy, or generate unlawful material.

F

Correction path

Report an inaccurate or unsafe answer through the contact page. The knowledge and release registries can be corrected without silently rewriting prior interaction records.

AI question

Ask how Lexora keeps AI accountable.

The team can explain the public guide today and the governance controls planned for future learning assistants.
